We managed to get away this morning at approx. 5:40am. Beautiful sunny day all the way to Calgary Alberta. Arriving at Capital Chevrolet/Buick in South East Calgary around 1:30pm local time, to meet up with our caravan leaders and the cars from Northern Alberta, for lunch and a send off parade.
From there, we must have had about 40 cars heading towards our final destination for the evening, in Lethbridge Alberta. After checking in at our hotel, we all drove over to Davis GM/Buick for a gathering and welcoming dinner and show, where we were joined by a few more cars. There must be approx. 50 cars in the parking lot tonight, more cars to join us along the way tomorrow.
We will be leaving in two groups tomorrow morning, crossing over into the USA, stay tuned.
